Business ProcessesDuring the February meeting, we passed around a list of potential topics. The topic that got the most votes for March (and the most popular topic on the planning survey we circulated) was "How to Optimize Business Processes for Efficiency and Cost Savings." So that's the topic for March.

Business Process Discussion
The attachments below are a reformatting of the notes during the discussion of a simplified business process design during the March Roundtable. We talked about the simplified five-step process for working on business processes:
- Document the current process and make changes as you document
- Execute the current process
- Measure the effectiveness of the process
- Analyze the measurements
- Modify the process (and begin with document again)
