There is never any investment for the first meeting to explore a project. Often we meet many times to discuss whether a project will produce an adequate return for your business. Only when we perform meaningful tasks that produce return on investment for you is there a fee.

We believe in building long-term relationships. We must invest in learning about your business to make a beneficial proposal. This is why we now perform Needs Analysis free of charge for our clients considering updates to their accounting, ERP, manufacturing, or distribution systems.

Data Guidance Group offers services on an hourly basis as well as a project basis. After our initial meetings we can provide an estimate of the time and investment required to complete a job.

In order to be accurate, we have to understand a business situation thoroughly. Sometimes, we invest as much 10-12 hours or more to determine the appropriate solution.

Since we believe in building long-term relationships with our clients, many of whom have been with DGG for 10 years or longer, we are willing to make this investment. There is never any fee until there is mutual agreement to proceed with a project.

Data Guidance Group offers a one-source solution. At Data Guidance Group, we work with hardware in self-defense. Simply put, nothing works well if the hardware isn't reliable. By providing the expert assistance our clients need for their hardware, we assure that we have a solid foundation for systems operation.

But we also support you if you choose another source of equipment. Our clients select systems from Dell, Gateway, HP, IBM, Compaq, and others. We have worked with computer hardware from all major manufacturers, and some computer systems that were assembled by clients. From our standpoint, hardware needs to be reliable and serviceable.

The current market for hardware is so competitive that computer manufacturers are often forced to make decisions based on cost. We've found that this isn't the way to assure that a computer system remains reliable.

Data Guidance Group offers high quality, standard systems that we can service quickly. We'll stand behind the systems we supply. But the quality we build in means that our hardware is sometimes slightly above the current market price of mail order hardware. We have provided a description of some critical differences in DGG-constructed systems.
