It's the first question you should ask us. You want a company with real expertise in your industry. A company familiar with the software that fits your needs. Your business is different, so our evaluation begins with understanding what you are trying to accomplish. We want to learn about your business; about your industry; about your goals, and about your current system. At this stage, we ask you to provide an overview. Usually, you will work with our project coordinators in this stage.
Once the project coordinator has a sufficient understanding of your needs, our technical staff--software and hardware professionals with 50+ years of combined experience in management, software, accounting, operations, inventory management, and manufacturing--discusses your business. We ask ourselves the question, "Can we help?" If we believe we can, the we move forward. If not, we try to point your company toward someone that can help.
