would convert to your new system. Our process for data conversion includes:

data from your existing system
- Translating the data its current format
into a standard format (if necessary)
- Examining the data to assure that
we have located all of the data and the data is not corrupt
- Deciding where
and how to convert data to the new system with your assistance
- Designing
the setup of the new system to take advantage of its features and improve the
usability of your data, where possible
- Conversion of the data
- Post-conversion
analysis of the data to assure that all data converted properly
- Delivery
of the conversion for examination, testing, and training
In order
to minimize your down time during the actual conversion, we perform these steps
first in a preliminary conversion. We then use this data for testing and revise
the conversion to your specifications. This assures that your final conversion
is quick and accurate. Your down time is minimized and all the features of the
new system are used to your business advantage.
